MJF Considers Himself Both An Actor and Wrestler: I Love Both Equally

MJF made his long awaited AEW return in Manchester when he inserted himself in the AEW World Championship match at Worlds End. Ultimately, everything worked in his favor as the Casino Gauntlet winner walked out of Chicago as two-time AEW World Champion.
Prior to Worlds End, the AEW World Champion sat down with Brandon Walker of Mostly Sports. The two have shared a pair of interviews in the past with this 27 minute sit-down being the third in their series.
“I think I’m just both,” MJF said when asked if he’s more of a wrestler or actor at this point in his career. “I don’t know if you put one in front of another. I love both equally and I’m both equally great.”
When Walker asked him how he would introduce himself in specific locations, MJF said he’d be an actor/wrestler in San Francisco and Miami but a wrestler/actor in Denver.
MJF added, “Acting life is going great. I just recently wrapped on Violent Night 2. It’s a Universal picture.”
Earlier this year, MJF was featured in Happy Gilmore 2 as one of Adam Sandler’s sons. His pro wrestling career speaks for itself, but now he’s following in the footsteps of past legendary wrestlers turned actors.
