UFC Issues Statement On Irregular Betting Patterns In Isaac Dulgarian vs. Yadier del Valle

Isaac Dulgarian battled Yadier del Valle at UFC Fight Night on Saturday, November 1, with del Valle scoring a first-round submission victory.
Dulgarian was reportedly released following his loss.
The bout is under controversy as the betting line swung in a major way with Dulgarian going from a -250 favorite to a -154 favorite. Many fans pointed out the 100-point swing in the odds, and more money coming in on Dulgarian to lose in the first round, which is what happened.
UFC gave the following statement via Aaron Bronsteter):
“Like many professional sports organizations, UFC works with an independent betting integrity service to monitor wagering activity on our events. Our betting integrity partner, IC360, monitors wagering on every UFC event and is conducting a thorough review of the facts surrounding the Dulgarian vs. del Valle bout on Saturday, November 1. We take these allegations very seriously, and along with the health and safety of our fighters, nothing is more important than the integrity of our sport.”
Fightful will provide more information on the allegations when they are known.
