Georgia O’Connor was a prospect in women’s boxing with a 3-0 pro record in the sport, but had been out of the ring due to her health issues, and recently got married.
Earlier this week, it was announced by Boxxer that Georgia had passed away at the age of 25. Back in January, O’Connor revealed a cancer diagnosis, accusing her doctors of mistreating her.

In addition to her cancer diagnosis, O’Connor also announced in February that she had suffered a miscarriage.
O’Connor’s last bout took place in October of 2022.
