Sean Mooney Says No Award Compares To Winning The Best Announcer Bexxie From Becky Lynch

Sean Mooney reacts to winning a prestigious Bexxie award.

Becky Lynch held the first annual Bexxie Awards on Monday, celebrating all the great achievements of those in wrestling in 2025.

Legendary announcer Sean Mooney was named the Best Announcer. He may not have worked for WWE in 2025, but his work from the 1980s and 90s was so good that it still holds up today.

On social media, Mooney graciously accepted the award, saying no award he’s ever won, including an Emmy, compares to winning a Bexxie.

Mooney said he’s still got it, he’s waiting for his call, and he hopes to see Becky soon.
