Cappuccino Jones has now shared how the WWE All Stars video games helped bring him into the world of professional wrestling.
In 2011, THQ and WWE would release a new version of the WWE video games that fans had been playing for over a decade. The game would feature massive versions of each wrestler that featured in the game, with high impact moves and superhuman abilities featuring as part of the games core mechanics. Now, a WWE ID talent has shared how it brought him in to the world of wrestling when he was young.
In a new interview with The CODA Brand, WWE ID Men’s Champion Cappuccino Jones shared how he WWE All Stars got him into wrestling when he was 11 years old.
“I got into wrestling when I was 11 years old through WWE All Stars. I was playing the demo at my cousin’s house. Fast forward a couple months, I was like, you know what? That All Stars game I played was pretty good. So I got SmackDown versus Raw 2009. I was slightly disappointed because they weren’t humongous and doing drop kicks turned into back flips and all that. But you know what, we were still playing it, so I was playing it at my best friend Derek’s house.”
