Fred Ottman (Typhoon, Shockmaster) Has Been Hospitalized For 30 Days After His Gallbladder Exploded Inside Him

Fred Ottman, who played many characters during his time in wrestling, revealed he has been in the hospital for 30 days.
He said he’s doing okay, but something happened and they’ve kept it on the down low. He went on to reveal that his gallbladder exploded inside of him and it released a bunch of poison into his body.
He said he’s been on his back for 30 days, but the doctors and surgeons have been amazing. He said that he had a major infection, and that if he would have waited one more day, he likely would have died. He said he’s lost a lot of muscle mass and “different things,” and that it’s been a brutal fight.
He said he’s learning how to walk again and it’s been a fight, and that he’s not out of the woods yet. He said he’s to be released on Monday afternoon, where he’ll continue to work to get better.
He said he almost had to go on dialysis and that he will undergo an operation on February 23 to take the drainage bag out.
He thanked everyone who knew and supported him through the last 30 days.
“I’m not finished yet.”
