Ricochet Uses Title Belt To Defeat Jack Perry And Retain National Championship On AEW Dynamite
Ricochet steals a victory from Jack Perry.
As the show came to a close, Ricochet put up his AEW National Championship in a match against Jack Perry. This match was likely meant to bring an end to the ongoing feud between Perry and Ricochet, but that doesn’t seem to be the case after the finish of the match.
Perry had the champ locked in a Snare Trap submission. Toa Liona and Bishop Kaun ran down to ringside and helped their faction leader reach the ropes. Moments later, the Young Bucks came out and fought Kaun and Liona to the back.
Ricochet set up his title belt on the middle turnbuckle and threw Perry directly into it. After hitting Perry with his Vertigo finisher, the champion pinned Perry to retain the belt.
Despite help from the @YoungBucks to keep GOA at bay, @KingRicochet is STILL the AEW National Champion!
