Alisha Edwards Reveals Her Contract With TNA Is Coming Up

Alisha Edwards revealed the news during a segment.

Starting the January 29th episode of TNA Wrestling’s Thursday Night iMPACT on AMC was a segment with the new version of The System (Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers, Cedric Alexander & Bear Bronson).

The new version of the group was revealed at the conclusion of the 1/22 episode when they kicked Moose out of the group and attacked J.D.C., who had his retirement match against Eddie Edwards the weekend prior at the Genesis pay-per-view.

Showing up during the segment on 1/29 was Alisha Edwards. who was not clued in about the group’s new direction. She challenged her real-life husband, Eddie Edwards, on keeping the secret from her and turning on Moose and JDC.

Eddie pointed out Alisha’s reaction and said that’s why they kept her on the outs. Alisha responded by saying that her contract with TNA is coming up and asked what happens if she does not want to be a part of The System.

Eddie told her that she could either trust The System or she’s out, and Alisha stated that she did not want to be part of the group.
