MJF: I Find That Professional Wrestling And Disney Specifically Have So Much In Common

MJF discusses the similarities between pro wrestling and Disney storytelling as a whole.

While Disney is a brand that largely wants their consumer base to be children, many adults have the same child like wonder when it comes to the magic of Disney. For AEW World Champion Maxwell Jacob Friedman, the brand and wrestling have something in common.

While speaking to WDW News in a new interview, MJF noted that he believes professional wrestling and Disney have so much in common due to their shared interest in storytelling.

“I find that professional wrestling and Disney specifically have so much in common, and what it has in common is… it has a way of grabbing you through story, and it has a way of grabbing you through emotion. It has a way of capturing your imagination and making you feel like you’re in an entirely different universe and world, and nobody’s better at that than me. That’s why I’m the world champion, and that’s why I’m here. There you go.”
