UFC Bonus Money Doubling, Finishing Bonuses Introduced

UFC fighters will finally be getting paid more bonus money if they are able to stop their opponents or put in the best performance.

Sports Business Journal revealed that UFC bonuses are increasing from $50K to $100K. UFC awards bonus money to two fighters who have the best Perfomance of the Night and the two fighters who put on the Fight of the Night.

Furthermore, the UFC is introducing a finishing bonus. Any fighter who finishes his or her opponent will be awarded an extra $25K.

The new bonus money comes ahead of the UFC premiering on Paramount+ on Saturday with UFC 324. The multi-year deal is worth billions of dollars, and effectively ends the pay-per-view model.
