Darby Allin Doesn’t Want To Be Complacent, Gets Ticked Off When ‘People In The Locker Room Treat It Like Spring Break’

Darby Allin doesn’t want to be complacent.
Since gaining a huge spotlight with AEW, Darby Allin has been very open about struggles in his past and how he never wants to take AEW or wrestling in general for granted.
Speaking with Orlando Sentinel for a new interview, Allin echoed these sentiments before expressing his frustration with people that treat wrestling like it’s spring break.
“Every time I make an entrance, I have a chip on my shoulder that I have to show everybody what I’m capable of, because I never want to get complacent. It’s my biggest fear. I watch these guys get somewhere and then start going through the motions. When people in the locker room treat it like spring break, it (ticks) me off. I have to give everything to wrestling because wrestling changed my life, so I’m going to treat it with the respect it deserves.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Allin gave his take on big moves and high spots in wrestling. Check out his full comments by clicking here.
