CM Punk On Acting Roles: I Feel Like I’m Being Typecast As Cops Now

CM Punk comments on his recent acting roles, noting that he feels he has been typecast as a cop now.

Punk’s acting career has taken an uptick in activity over the past year, including Disney’s Zootopia 2 and the soon to be released Night Patrol. In both flicks, Punk would play a police officer, one animal and one vampire across the two movies.

While speaking to Big Gold Media in a new interview, CM Punk joked that he feels like he is being typecast as a cop now.

“It is a banger. Yeah, I really I really enjoyed that one fortunate to be a small part of that. I feel like I’m being typecast as cops now. Zebra cop, vampire cop anybody’s doing a movie about outer space cops. I haven’t played one of those yet. So like, you know, send the script.”

Night Patrol is set to release in theatres on January 16th, and also stars Justin Long and more.
