Izzi Dame Wants To Face Becky Lynch Or Rhea Ripley At WrestleMania
Izzi Dame has quickly ascended the ranks in NXT, winning the NXT Women’s North American Championship three years into her pro wrestling journey.
While it is unknown when she will begin to make an impact on the main roster, she has two names in mind as potential WrestleMania dream matches.
“My mind wants to say Becky Lynch. I feel like she can pull a story….she would test me so hard on the mic that leading up, just seeing how far, bar for bar, we can go at each other. She would just lead the way for me. Becky is awesome. She’s The Man. It would be an incredible match,” Izzi told Bully Ray on Busted Open Radio when asked who she wants to face at a future WrestleMania.
She continued, “I would always want to wrestle Rhea Ripley. That’s my go to. That’s my girl. She has the aura of a God. Just to be out there and feel her entrance live, knowing I get to wrestle her, that would be insane.”
Dame defeated Thea Hail to win the NXT Women’s North American Title at NXT New Year’s Evil.
