Tony Khan Says Adam Page And Will Ospreay Were ‘Very Supportive Of The Other One’ In Regards To Double Or Nothing Match

Tony Khan has high praise for two of AEW’s top stars.

Back in May 2025, the Double Or Nothing pay-per-view was headlined by the finals of the Owen Hart Cup tournament, which featured ‘Hangman’ Adam Page and Will Ospreay. A few days after the match, Fightful Select reported that Page and Ospreay both pushed for the other guy to win the match, showing an immense sign of respect and admiration

Speaking with Jon Alba of Sports Illustrated for a new interview, Khan spoke about that report, noting that AEW is really fortunate to have both names on the roster.

“Without getting into it, both of them were very supportive of the other one, which I thought was incredible to see two guys that were both making a case for why the other one is so amazing. It goes to speak for how amazing both of them are as people and wrestlers. I’m so blessed and I feel very fortunate, everybody in AEW is really fortunate to have both Hangman Page and Will Ospreay in AEW.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Khan spoke about his period of reflection after the final episode of AEW Dynamite in 2019. Check out his full comments by clicking here.
