Vanderbilt QB Diego Pavia Costs Grayson Waller At WWE Live

Vanderbilt quarterback and Heisman trophy finalist Diego Pavia got involved in the action at WWE live in Tampa, FL.
It all started with Grayson Waller making fun of Pavia and his teammates, who were sitting ringside.
Waller would go on to compete against Rey Mysterio in singles competition.
During the bout, Waller tried to walk out, but Pavia and his teammates prevented Waller from heading to the back. Waller re-entered the ring, only to be met by Mysterio and a 619.
Mysterio picked up the victory as Pavia celebrated.

Vanderbilt is set to compete in the ReliaQuest Bowl against the Iowa Hawkeyes on December 31st. The bowl game takes place in Tampa, FL.
Pavia finished second in the 2025 Heisman voting behind Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza.
