During Brodie Lee’s memorial show in the final days of 2020, AEW would mourn the loss of a gentle giant behind the scenes following Lee’s tragic death in the aftermath of Christmas. During the show, several talent would interact with Brodie’s son, Brodie Lee Jr, including MJF, who took a beating with a kendo stick from the young wrestler.
In a new social media post on December 26th, MJF would react to Amanda Huber watching the show back and complimenting him for providing an escape for Brodie Jr in the wake of his father’s death, with MJF noting that Brodie is ‘fu**ed’ when he turns 18.

Max would also be quick to correct his phrasing, noting that he will be beating Brodie up and nothing more when he turns 18.
