Darby Allin Cleared To Compete

Darby Allin has been cleared to compete.

On AEW Dynamite on 34th Street, Darby Allin announced that he has been cleared to compete. Allin was injured during the Continental Classic, removing him from the tournament. He was replaced by Jack Perry.

It was stated that Allin had been challenged by Gabe Kidd to face him at AEW Worlds End.

Darby stated that he had bigger things to worry about than Gabe Kidd, who was seen sneaking up behind him during the interview with Lexy Nair.

Kidd attacked Darby and the camera cut out. When it came back on, Kidd was tossing Darby down a flight of stairs.

The rivalry between Kidd and Allin dates back months to when Kidd was helping the Death Riders. In September, Darby put Kidd in a bodybag and dragged him away by a truck. At AEW Blood & Guts, Kidd interfered in the match and dragged Darby away from the ring, which led to PAC slamming Darby off the entrance ramp and through a flaming table.
