Harley Cameron speaks about how imperative to her growth as a pro wrestler it is for her to work with wrestlers with better ability in the ring than her.

Cameron has quickly become a staple of AEW’s women’s division in recent years, most recently capturing the AEW Women’s Tag Team Championships alongside Willow Nightingale, marking her first title win with All Elite Wrestling in her young wrestling career.

While speaking to Good Karma Wrestling in a new interview, Harley Cameron spoke about how important it has been for her growth to work with pro wrestlers with more ability than her in between the ropes.

“Working with people that are more experienced than me, that have better ability than me,
has been just imperative for my growth. I honestly will say that’s why I feel that I’ve had such a spectacular year is because I have been able to work with such amazing people and learn from people who have so much experience and knowledge and it’s like a big community where we’re all helping each other. Then when you get to work with someone, you get to learn and you learn from your triumphs and your mistakes, and I think that it’s just, that’s the cool thing about wrestling is that every single match is a chance to better yourself.”

Last month, Harley spoke about training alongside Nigel McGuinness and Orange Cassidy. You can read more about that here.
