IYO SKY Receives Her Blue Belt In Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

A new accolade for IYO.

RUDOS Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, based in Florida, took to its Instagram page to share that WWE’s IYO SKY has graduated to a blue belt.

SKY was presented with the honor by former WWE talent Shayna Baszler. She was pictured alongside Baszler and Matt Riddle, who are professors at the gym.

Baszler and IYO’s history dates back to 2017, when they wrestled several times in World Wonder Ring STARDOM. Baszler and SKY last shared the ring in January 2025 in a tag team match on Monday Night Raw.
