Ricky Saints To Defend NXT Championship Against Oba Femi At NXT Deadline PLE

The rematch is set.
Oba Femi’s NXT Championship reign came to an end at the NXT No Mercy Premium Live Event in October when he was defeated by Ricky Saints.
After a month away from television, Femi made his return and is staking a claim to the NXT Championship. There was an in-ring segment involving Femi and Saints on week one of NXT Gold Rush.
Femi stressed that he’s coming for what he feels is his and stated that Saints’ ‘daddy is home.’ Saints then offered Femi a title shot at the Deadline PLE on December 6th.
Trick Williams made his way out to the ring and told Saints that it’s not over between them until he gets the NXT Title back. Saints defeated Williams in a Last Man Standing match on the 11/11 NXT. Coming out behind Williams was Myles Borne, and he laid Williams out with a chair.
Borne grabbed the microphone and told Williams that ‘payback is a b*tch.’ Borne then stated that he’s winning the men’s Iron Survivor Challenge match at Deadline, and he’ll see either Femi or Saints in the NXT Championship match at New Year’s Evil.
