Gunther Defeats Je’Von Evans To Advance In The Last Time Is Now Tournament On WWE Raw

Gunther makes a successful return to WWE.
On the November 17 episode of WWE Raw, ‘The Ring General’ appeared for the first time since SummerSlam, facing Je’Von Evans in a first round match for The Last Time Is Now tournament.
As expected, Gunther dismantled ‘The Young OG’ from the very beginning, breaking him down with stiff strikes and technical offense. Despite a couple of hopeful moments near the end of the match, Evans ended up submitting to Gunther’s signature sleeper hold.
