Natalya On Ilja Dragunov In The Dungeon: He Started Acting Like It Was WrestleMania
Natalya has glowing praise for Ilja Dragunov.
The ‘Mad Dragon’ made his return to WWE earlier this year, shockingly defeating Sami Zayn for the United States Championship on an episode of WWE SmackDown.
Since then, Dragunov has frequently been spotted as an attendee of Natalya’s dungeon training sessions. On the latest episode of What Do You Wanna Talk About, Natalya told Cody Rhodes that Dragunov has been putting in some WrestleMania-level work in the dungeon.
“Ilja, Ilja Dragunov, he’s been training with us. Ilja came in and blew everybody’s minds in the dungeon. He started basically acting like it was WrestleMania in the dungeon.”
Dragunov last wrestled on the November 7 episode of WWE SmackDown, defeating Johnny Gargano and retaining the United States Championship.
