Harley Cameron On Mercedes Moné: “I’ve Never Met Anyone This Far Into Their Wrestling Journey That Treats Every Day Like It’s The First Day”

The Takedown on Sports Illustrated published a piece that was centered around AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Moné. It was from a portion of an interview that was conducted with Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron.

Both talents were asked about Moné’s success, and Cameron stated that she’s never met anyone who has reached the point Moné has and still treats wrestling as if it’s her first day on the job.

“I’ve never met anyone this far into their wrestling journey that treats every day like it’s the first day. I respect her approach… She’s always growing, learning, evolving.”

Nightingale and Cameron are scheduled to meet Mercedes and ROH Women’s World Champion Athena in the first round of the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship tournament.
