WWE Raw Results (10/27): Jey Uso And CM Punk Face-To-Face

WWE held the October 27th episode of WWE Raw from the Honda Center in Anaheim, CA.

• Jey Uso says he doesn’t give a damn what Jimmy and Roman think of him because he’s just him. Punk interrupts Jey before he can yeet. Punk says that he’s proud of Jey for finally listening to himself and not Jimmy Uso or Roman Reigns. Punk says that he’s always listened to himself. Punk praises Jey for having what it takes by throwing Jimmy over the top in the battle royal. “How far are you willing to go?” Asks Punk. Punk says he needs to be champion again, and he knows how far he’s willing to go. Jey states, “Screw you, Punk,” and says he would show Punk who the best in the world is on Saturday.
• Dominik Mysterio is backstage with Judgment Day. He says Adam Pearce has a vendetta against him and that is a problem. Raquel Rodriguez calls him out for cheating. Dominik asks what they are going to do. Finn Balor says Dominik is on his own. Dominik pulls out his phone and says, “I need your help.”
• WWE Intercontinental Title Number One Contenders Match: Rusev vs. Penta ended in a no contest when El Grande Americano, Rayo, and Bravo attacked
• Rusev and Penta recovered to run off the Americano family.
• LA Knight cuts a promo saying he has his sights set on the winner of CM Punk vs. Jey Uso
• Bron Breakker is frustrated he and Bronson Reed weren’t in the battle royal, saying they should have ruined the battle royal. Paul Heyman says they could have been suspended without pay if that happened. Heyman lays out the vision to Breakker, saying they need to take out the man in their way. LA Knight is that man.
• A video package looking at the accolades of Asuka airs.
• Finn Balor and JD McDonagh speak with Adam Pearce. They want a rematch for the WWE World Tag Team Titles. Pearce says one of them will face Sheamus tonight. JD steps up to accept the match.
• Roxanne Perez def. Nikki Bella
• Stephanie Vaquer makes the save for Nikki after the match. Raquel Rodriguez and Vaquer go face-to-face before Raquel backs away as Nikki gets up.
• Asuka is not happy that Lyra Valkyria & Bayley are getting a shot at the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles. Bayley walks up and starts doubting that they might lose after Lyra says she’s never been in the ring with Charlotte and Alexa. Lyra says, “What if we win?” Lyra and Bayley have a friendship handshake.
• Jimmy Uso confronts Jey Uso backstage. Jimmy is upset that Jey threw him out of the battle royal after he saved him. Jimmy says it was supposed to come down to them, but Jey was being selfish. Jimmy says if Jey really believes in himself, he won’t be scared to see if he’s better than Jimmy if it came down to them.
• Bron Breakker def. LA Knight
• Pearce finds Dominik backstage. Pearce informs Domink that he’ll defend the WWE IC TItle against Penta and Rusev in a triple threat match at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event.
• Jimmy and Jey make up backstage
• JD McDonagh def. Sheamus
• Adam Pearce offers Maxxine Dupri a shot at Becky Lynch and the WWE Women’s IC Title. Maxxine wants to make the most of the opportunity and wants to wait to get her title shot.
• Asuka and Kairi confront Alexa and Charlotte backstage. Charlotte says she would be honored to face them.
• Pearce gives Judgment Day their WWE World Tag Team Title rematch at the request of AJ Styles and Dragon Lee.
• WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships: Alexa Bliss & Charlotte Flair (c) def. Bayley & Lyra Valkyria
• Asuka and Kairi attack after the match.
