El Grande Americano, regardless of who is under the mask, is a WWE Superstar who has been taking over the world of Lucha Libre AAA. While he calls himself the greatest Luchador of all time, many take exception to this, including Galeno del Mal.
Galeno del Mal called out El Grande Americano in an Instagram video posted by Lucha Libre AAA, stating that he would be waiting for him in Monterey on November 2.
