Omos Explains How AAA TripleMania Appearance Came Together
Omos returned to the ring at AAA TripleMania XXXIII, competing in his first match since January.
“The Nigerian Giant” was a surprise entrant in the Copa Bardahl Cibernetico, winning the battle royal.
Speaking to NarcolepsyBoy94, Omos was asked about his AAA appearance.
“That happened. I was just backstage. I’m like, ‘Sure.’ I didn’t even know it was a battle royal. It was just, ‘Hey, we have something going on at Triple A. You want (to go?). ‘Sure.’ Next call, I’m in Mexico City. I didn’t really get much experience to travel a lot outside of the US. Once I got my immigration stuff settled and situated, I’m like, ‘I’m going to travel now.’ Any time I can travel and leave the country, sign me up,” he said.
Omos has not competed since the battle royal. He hasn’t wrestled in WWE since April 2024.
