Yuto-Ice & OSKAR Capture IWGP Tag Team Championship At NJPW Destruction In Kobe

The Knockout Brothers capture gold.

The first championship match on the NJPW Destruction in Kobe card was the IWGP Tag Team Title bout. Going into the match, Tomohiro Ishii and Taichi defended their belts against the Knockout Brothers (Yuto-Ice & OSKAR).

In the end, it was OSKAR and Yuto-Ice hitting their finisher onto Ishii. Ice got the cover and the three count. The new War Dogs members are now IWGP Tag Team Champions. Ishii and Taichi’s reign started in June at NJPW Dominion.

After the Knockout Brothers captured the titles, Shota Umino and Yuya Uemura showed up and called out the new champions. After a heated exchange of verbal jabs, Ice accepted Umino’s challenge for an IWGP Tag Team Title match.
