Je’Von Evans Answers Sami Zayn’s US Title Open Challenge On WWE SmackDown
Je’Von Evans competed in his first singles match on the main roster, answering the open challenge of Sami Zayn on WWE SmackDown.
Zayn was able to secure the victory, and retain his WWE United States Championship, with a Helluva Kick.
During the bout, Evans hit the OG cutter, but Zayn managed to kick out.

After the match, Zayn embraced Evans and raised his hand.
Evans and Zayn shared a backstage moment at NXT Homecoming, with Zayn giving him encouragement and advice.
Je’Von Evans will compete at NXT No Mercy, taking on Josh Briggs.
