Paul Heyman: Brock Lesnar Is Not Here To Put Smiles On Faces, He Is Here To Put Tears In Eyes Of Children
Brock Lesnar made short work of John Cena at WWE Wrestlepalooza, delivering five F5s and winning in under ten minutes.
Before the match, Lesnar was surprisingly joined by Paul Heyman, who did the ring introduction for “The Beast.”
Speaking at the Wrestlepalooza post-show, Heyman commented on Lesnar.
“Here’s what I’ll say about Brock. I said it the night after Brock Lesnar conquered the Undertaker’s undefeated streak at WrestleMania; Brock Lesnar is not here to put smiles on people’s faces. Brock Lesnar is here to put tears in the eyes of children,” he stated.
Wrestlepalooza marked Lesnar’s first WWE match since SummerSlam 2023.
During his time away from WWE, he was named over 40 times in Janel Grant’s lawsuit against Vince McMahon and WWE, accusing McMahon of sexual assault and sex trafficking. Lesnar is not a defendant in the suit.
