Mercedes Mone Names Serena Deeb As Top Dream Opponent In AEW

Mercedes Mone wants to test her in-ring acumen against Serena Deeb.

Mercedes Mone is one of the top wrestlers in the world and is currently testing herself against some of the best in the world. However, her home promotion is currently All Elite Wrestling, and she has some dream matches she still wants to have with members of that roster, in addition to rematching some of the many greats she’s already had the opportunity to share the ring with.

While answering questions on an Instagram Live stream, Mercedes Mone named Serena Deeb as her dream opponent on the roster. She also wants to mix it up with Megan Bayne and has hopes for rematches with Athena, Toni Storm, Kris Statlander, and more. However, she believes that a match between herself and Serena would prove to be a wrestling classic.

“Serena is popping into my head. Megan Bayne is popping into my head. I want another rematch with Willow, Kris, and Tony. I want another match with Athena, Mina. But if it’s a woman I haven’t wrestled yet, I would have to say Serena. She might be number one, just because she is God, the master. The master of so many holds. She is a teacher. She is a guide, and she has just been doing this for so long, longer than me. So I want to test my skills against her, and I think we would have a wrestling freaking match. You want to see a wrestling match? Put that match together.”

On Instagram Live, Mercedes Mone shared her exciting dream matches in AEW, especially looking forward to the opportunity to face Serena Deeb.
