Kyle Fletcher On AEW All Out Being Counterprogrammed: I Just Gotta Go Out There And Do What I Know I Can Do And Stick To Them

Kyle Fletcher discusses counterprogramming.
Back in August, WWE revealed that they’ll be hosting their Wrestlepalooza event in Indianapolis on Saturday, September 20. The event was originally set to run head-to-head with AEW All Out in Toronto, which was announced months ago.
A few weeks later, AEW moved All Out to a 3 PM EST start time, meaning that the show should wrap up before the start of WrestlePalooza.
Appearing on a recent episode of The Ringer Wrestling Show, Kyle Fletcher was asked about WWE’s counterprogramming measures and if it fuels him to perform even better.
“I think there has to be a little bit of that, right? In my very competitive nature, to be like, ‘Alright, if this is what you want to do, I’m going to go out there and I’m gonna absolutely kill it. What are you gonna say about it?’ So yeah, there’s a little bit of that. I put a lot of pressure on myself to perform at the highest level under these high pressure scenarios. Yeah, I think this is the biggest opportunity I’ve had to go out there and show out, so I just gotta go out there and do what I know I can do and stick to them, you know what I mean?”
Elsewhere in the interview, Kyle Fletcher responded to Stevie Richards’ recent comments about him. Fans can check out his full comments by clicking here.
