Killer Kross (Karrion Kross): I Like Doing GCW Because You Can Get Very Unhinged

Killer Kross (formerly Karrion Kross in WWE) made a surprise appearance at GCW Homecoming night one, helping Shotzi Blackheart against Matt Cardona.
Kross left WWE on August 24th when his contract was not renewed, making him a free agent.
Speaking to Nick Teodore, Kross commented on his surprise appearance at GCW.
“We just did GCW by surprise. I always like doing GCW because you can get very unhinged there. It’s the crowd that likes it to be as absolutely wild and crazy as possible. Even getting so crazy and violent that it’s almost silly. I think that’s fun. There are different genres of pro wrestling. I always thought of pro wrestling as a variety act. If it’s the same thing every match and every show, there is nothing special about it,” he said.
After his surprise appearance, Kross did a backstage promo, saying his WWE exit was clearly not a work. You can view the promo here.
Kross has already been announced for a handful of independent appearances including DEFY and HOG Wrestling.
