Triple Threat Match Set For NXT Heatwave PLE, Winner Gets Shot At NXT Women’s Championship
The winner secures a shot at the title.
Lola Vice, Kelani Jordan, and Jaida Parker have all staked a claim to an NXT Women’s Championship match. They are now set to clash in the ring to determine who will get that opportunity.
After the 8/12 edition of NXT on The CW went off the air, WWE socials pushed out a backstage video of NXT General Manager Ava approaching Jordan, Parker, and Vice. She informed them that at NXT Heatwave on 8/24, the three of them will meet in a Triple Threat to determine the next challenger to the NXT Women’s Championship.
The reigning NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne is also the TNA Knockouts World Champion. Jayne will be defending the Knockouts Title at Heatwave in a Triple Threat involving Masha Slamovich and Ash by Elegance.
The 8/12 NXT saw Jordan and Vice team up to defeat Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne & Fallon Henley). Jordan pinned Jayne in the bout.
