Update On Austin Theory’s Internal Status In WWE

We’ve gained some clarity on Austin Theory.

On August 6, a number of places aggregated a PWInsider Elite story indicating that Austin Theory was removed from the WWE roster internally. Fightful reached out to people in the company and some clarification was provided. Theory isn’t off the roster completely, instead he’s listed with the other injured talent like Zoey Stark and Ilja Dragunov.

Austin Theory worked the July 14 WWE Raw tapings, where he was on Main Event, but hasn’t appeared on TV since. He was referred to as injured on WWE TV, and Grayson Waller has moved on to working with New Day.
