WWE Announces Gunther Is Out Indefinitely With Injury

Gunther will be sidelined indefinitely.
On Monday’s WWE Raw, Michael Cole announced that the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion suffered a septal hematoma and orbital blowout fracture at WWE SummerSlam and would be out indefinitely.
Gunther lost the WWE World Heavyweight Title to CM Punk at night one of SummerSlam. During the match, Punk tripped “The Ring General” who was standing on the announce table. He fell face first onto the table and came up bleeding after the fall.
Punk defeated Gunther after two GTS strikes, winning the WWE World Heavyweight Title.
