Chad Gable Confirms He’s Sidelined With A Rotator Cuff Injury

Chad Gable confirmed the exact nature of his injury, revealing he’s dealing with an injured rotator cuff.

Taking in a Minnesota Twins game, Gable was interviewed while sitting in the stands, his arm still in a brace from surgery.

Gable said the injury is unfortunate, but the silver lining is that he can spend more time with his family and do things like attend a Twins game.

Gable underwent surgery on July 1st.

He was taken out on the June 23rd episode of WWE Raw by Penta, who used an armbreaker on him in a backstage segment. He appeared on WWE Raw the following week in a sling, where it was annnounced that he would be undergoing surgery. 

It is unknown when Chad Gable will return to the ring. 

The character of El Grande Americano, who may or may not have been portrayed by Gable, has lived on.
