Dustin Rhodes Stands Tall After Don Callis And Kyle Fletcher Try To Humiliate Him On AEW Collision

Dustin Rhodes comes from a famous wrestling family. Still, that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have a place in the Don Callis Family. Rhodes had a confrontation with Callis and Kyle Fletcher to open the July 19 episode of AEW Collision.

Dustin Rhodes was celebrating his AEW TNT Championship victory from AEW All In: Texas when he was interrupted by Kyle Fletcher. Fletcher has already made it clear that he wants to take the title and everything that Rhodes cares about away from him. Rhodes fired back, saying that Fletcher was just jealous because he had gotten the job done in Texas. That’s when Don Callis stepped in.

Don Callis played on his history with Dustin, noting that they had known each other since 1997. He said that for all of the demons Dustin defeated, he can see in his eyes that he is still chasing the high of being a champion. Therefore, when Dustin loses the title to Kyle Fletcher, he would offer him a spot in the Don Callis Family. Rhodes got physical when Callis cracked that a place in his family would be better than being the third wheel in the Rhodes family.

That’s when Kyle Fletcher would attack. However, Dustin Rhodes didn’t stay down for long. He was able to fight off Fletcher and stand tall in the ring.
