NWA World Jr. Heavyweight Title Match Set, Pope (Elijah Burke) To Appear At NWA 77th Anniversary Show
New additions to the 77th Anniversary event.
The National Wrestling Alliance is marching towards its 77th Anniversary Show on August 16th from Huntington, New York.
It was previously announced that Kenzie Paige will be defending her NWA World Women’s Championship against Natalia Markova at the show. Two new additions have been made to the lineup, and first up is another title bout. Alex Taylor is scheduled to defend the World Junior Heavyweight belt against Rich Swann.
Joining the mix is an appearance from Pope a.k.a. Elijah Burke as he’ll be addressing ‘his flock.’ He returned to the NWA at the organization’s television taping on July 1st. He had not wrestled for them since 2022.
The 77th Anniversary Show is going to be taped, and it’ll air on NWA Powerrr.
