Ethan Page shares how he was hired by WWE.

On the May 28th edition of WWE NXT, Ethan Page would make his debut for the promotion, attacking NXT champion Trick Williams in a shocking moment. Page had only recently became a free agent after leaving AEW, with WWE acting quickly to bring in Page. Since then, Page has been a heel throughout his entire run with the brand.

While speaking on Insight With Chris Van Vliet, Page spoke about possibly turning babyface, with Page admitting that it would take a lot for him to be nice to strangers.

“That’s an interesting question. It would take a lot in me to be nice to strangers [laughs]. At this stage in my career, with the amount of things that I feel like fans expect from me, I don’t know if I would ever like to be nice.”
