John Cena Reacts To R-Truth’s WWE Departure
On Sunday, R-Truth announced he had been released by WWE. Fightful Select reported that Truth’s contract would not be renewed upon expiration.
Truth’s final feud in WWE came against his “childhood hero” John Cena. Truth had Cena were involved in multiple segments and Truth helped Cena retain the Undisputed WWE Championship at WWE Backlash, only for Cena to put him through a table at the post-show press conference.
Cena and Truth clashed at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event with Cena winning.
