Early on in the Owen Hart tournament, Athena would feature and met Mercedes Mone at AEW Dynamite Spring Break-Thru, with Mone coming away with the victory. This left Athena without a clear road to AEW All In Texas later this year.
In a new social media post on the morning of AEW Double Or Nothing 2025, Athena made it clear that she would be paying close attention to the show as she looks to find a road to AEW All In.
