Jim Ross has been diagnosed with colon cancer.
The legendary commentator took to social media on Thursday to announce the news, saying that his surgery will be being scheduled in the next week or two.
Ross also thanked everyone for their concern and support.

The last major health update from Ross came back in December 2024, sharing that his health has “improved immensely” after a battle with skin cancer.
Ross last appeared for AEW at the Dynasty pay-per-view in April.
