Dominik Mysterio To Defend WWE Intercontinental Title Against Penta At WWE Backlash

Dominik Mysterio and Penta will meet again. 

WWE announced that Dominik Mysterio will defend his WWE Intercontinental Championship against Penta at WWE Backlash on May 10th. 

Dominik won the title at WrestleMania 41 in a four-way bout against Bron Breakker, Penta, and Finn Balor. He successfully defended the title against Penta on the Raw After Mania.

Penta will have his WWE IC Championship match against Dom at WWE Backlash.

After the bout between Dominik and Penta was announced, AJ Styles spoke with Dominik and told him that he would be coming after the IC Title.
