Mayu Iwatani successfully defended her IWGP Women’s Title at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 19, defeating AZM.
Iwatani couldn’t put AZM away with the tombstone piledriver, but managed to hit a closed dragon suplex for the victory.
This was Iwatani’s ninth successful title defense.
