CozyMAX (Satoshi Kojima & Okumura) won the vacant MLW Tag Team Championships at MLW Azteca Lucha, defeating Second Gear Crew (Matthew Justice & 1 Called Manders).
The finish saw Okumura hit a cutter on Manders to score the pin.

This marks the first reign for CozyMAX at MLW Tag Team Champions. Kojima is also the MLW World Heavyweight Champion.
The titles were vacated by World Titan Federation (Davey Boy Smith Jr. & Tom Lawlor) due to injury.
